NEWS: Philips PSA-617 digital audio player
DAPreview.net provides brief comment on the Philips PSA-617
Philips’ PSA-617 (4gb) has finally made it into retail channels here in the US. If you recall, this one started out life as the Nike PSA-610 but Philips is no longer partnered with Nike so they’ve released it under thier own brand name. But it’s nowhere to be found on Philips.com. It’s been spotted at Wal-Mart too.
What makes this one special? Well, nothing really. It’s kind of shaped like a UFO, if you like UFOs. Other than that, it’s a fairly plain MP3/WMA player. The only features to speak of are FM radio and a stopwatch timer.
