MP3 Players: Kenwood M1GB5 and M512B5
Kenwood released two new MP3 players, the M1GB5 and M512B5 - names obviously indicate capacity.
The new 1GB and 512MB flash memory portable MP3 players from Kenwood Japan will be available from November end. The 1GB- M1GB5 will cost approximately 24,000 Yen ($ 200) while 512MB- M512B5 will cost 19,000 Yen ($ 150). The player comes with Blue EL back light equipped liquid crystal display and supports MP3, WMA and WMA DRM format. The player is loaded with Additional function such as high sensitivity monaural microphone for the voice recorder and world band FM tuner (76.0 - the 108.0MHz). Stereophonic recording (ADPCM) is also possible. It connects to the host via USB 2.0 and is compatible with Windows only. It weighs 39 grams only with the battery
