Reviews
If you’re new to the whole “iPod thing,” the nano is a great place to start. At $200, the iPod nano (2GB, as reviewed) is a good mix of functionality, style and execution. Apple currently offers several other nano models, ranging in price and size (1 GB - $149, 4GB - $249). In terms of value, the iPod nano (unsurprisingly) is easily uprooted by the fully-featured iPod. For $50 more than the “best” nano model, one gets a considerably larger capacity (30 GB vs 1 - 2 - 4 GB) iPod with video playback support and a bigger screen. Still, for those with smaller music library, or the crowd who loves small devices (and marginally smaller prices), the iPod nano is the iPod for you.
